01 · Privacy Policy.
Webfluence Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Webfluence", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains in plain English what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
This policy applies to webfluence.in and any project, retainer, or campaign we run on your behalf or on our own behalf.
— TL;DR
We're a marketing studio. We collect the absolute minimum needed to talk to you, work for you, and improve our own work — and we don't sell data.
02 · Data we collect.
From you, when you contact us

- The content of your message, brief, or proposal request
- WhatsApp messages you send to our business number
Automatically, when you visit webfluence.in
- IP address, browser type, OS, device class
- Pages viewed, time on page, referrer source — collected via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IPs)
- Functional cookies (see Section 06)
From clients, during an engagement
- Access to your ad accounts, analytics, CMS, ESP, and similar tooling — under your written authorisation only
- Performance data, audience segments and creative assets, used solely to run your campaigns
03 · How we use it.
- To reply to you, send a proposal, or schedule a strategy call
- To run, optimise and report on campaigns under contract
- To send our own newsletters (The Brief / Pulse) — only if you've subscribed
- To improve our website, content and operations (aggregate analytics)
- To meet our legal, accounting and compliance obligations
We will never use the data inside your ad accounts, analytics or CRM for purposes outside the agreed scope of work.
04 · Sharing & vendors.
We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the studio:
- Google — Workspace (email), Analytics, Ads

- Hosting & infra — for this website and project tooling
- Email service provider — for transactional and newsletter email
Each processor has its own privacy policy and contractual data-handling commitments. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone.
